Recycling rigid plastics will not only help divert waste from landfill, but reusing materials that are
already refined in the manufacture of new plastic products, will conserve the use of non-renewable
(oil) resources.
Transpacific's recycling division offers a collection and recycling service for rigid plastics including
crates, pallets, plant pots, buckets, petri dishes, bottles and plastic wrap etc.
Collection is provided using a 600L sack or a 3.0m3 cage for larger volumes. All plastic needs to be
clean and uncontaminated and in significant, regular volumes.
