We invest in specific training in many areas of the business, including dedicated driver training for our staff on the road, and a sophisticated Knowledge Centre resource for our customer service centre.
This is constantly updated with the latest information on our services and proceduresfor our front-line customer service personnel, and helps them provide confident, knowledgeable advice and solutions that meet and exceed our customers’ needs and expectations.
