You’ll have guidance and support throughout including both a peer buddy (one of our previous graduates) and a mentor. We’ll provide an interesting and useful blend of learning opportunities (both face to face and virtual) such as e-learning, virtual sessions with experts from around our business, peer networking, leadership development, and action learning projects where you’ll have the opportunities to work together.
You will be a valued part of our team
Over the two-year programme you will be supported and developed through our structured graduate development programme. We have listened to our previous and current graduates and used that feedback to create a robust graduate competency framework which describes the skills, knowledge and behaviours that make for a confident and successful Waste Management graduate. Our development plan has been tailor-made to provide support and learning opportunities to enable you to develop those competencies, and through that knowledge have the confidence to become a successful WM graduate and a high potential WM employee.
Because of the size of our operation, you’ll gain a wealth of experience over a two-year period within a specialised function, allowing you to move into a specialised leadership role.
