  • I am unable to place an order on your website. It says we do not service the area yet.

    Services are available in selected areas. Waste Management updates the areas serviced from time to time, so please check back at a later date.

    If you are interesting in purchasing a PayAsUGO service, you can register your interest in areas we do not yet service. We will notify you if PayAsUGO becomes available at that address.

  • My neighbour has a bin from WM but the website says no service is available for my address. How can I purchase a service?
