  • How can I cancel my service?

    To cancel you service please send us a message or contact our Customer Services team on 0800 10 10 10 to arrange for a collection.

  • Will I get a refund for the remaining period on my contract?

    Yes, we will refund the cost for servicing your bin for the remainder of your contract, minus any cancellation fees stipulated in your terms and conditions.

  • Is there a notice period for cancellation?

    No, there is no notice period for any cancellations.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    An early cancellation fee of $50 may apply. No cancellation fee applies for PayAsUGO customers.

  • Do I need to manually renew my service at the end of the billing period?

    If you pay for your service weekly, fortnightly, or monthly then your service will continue until you choose to cancel it. If you pay for your service by another payment frequency, you will receive an invoice for the next period which you can choose to pay if you wish to continue with your service.
