  • Why wasn’t my bin emptied?

    Your wheelie bin should be placed kerbside before 7am on the day of collection. The bin needs to visible and accessible and the lid must be closed.

    If your collection has been missed, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Services team to arrange for a collection.

  • My bin was not picked up. How do I get it emptied?

    Please contact our Customer Services team to arrange for a collection.

  • I forgot to put my bin out. How do I get it emptied?

    Additional collections may be available for your region. Please contact our Customer Services team to check if an additional collection is available for your property. A collection fee may apply.
