General advice on our waste collection services
The advice on this page applies to our collections of various waste streams nationally, except if you live in Kerikeri click here.

If we are providing you with a service, please continue to present your bins as you have done in the past. However, understand that your service could be delayed. If your bin is not collected on your scheduled day, please continue to keep it accessible at your property, business or on the kerbside.

For the ongoing safety of the community and our team, if you are putting your wheelie bin out, make sure you put it somewhere that is easy for our drivers to access.
