Wickliffe St Transfer Station is a purpose built facility for the disposal of general solid waste and some grades of recycling.
The front pit area is used for commercial trucks with solid waste. The far side of the pit is for residential and smaller commercial vehicles.
Recyclables such as cardboard can be disposed of in the bins provided onsite.
All traffic surfaces at Wickliffe St Transfer Station and asphalted, this makes the facility clean and convenient to use in all weather conditions. There is a 10km speed limit.
