Ready to help build a positively resourceful Aotearoa for future generations? 

Our Graduate Training Programme eases candidates into the world of work and gives them the skills necessary to become part of our larger team. Graduates are in our programme for two years.  Then based on interest, performance, and business need, graduates are offered further employment within the greater WM New Zealand team.

Over two years, graduates will learn about WM New Zealand and the waste industry, and the teams they are assigned to, and grow to understand their professional strengths.  In addition to on-the-job learning, all graduates are assigned a mentor within the business.  Giving all of our graduates an informal breadth of knowledge throughout the business.

What do I need to do to apply?

 

To apply for the WM New Zealand Graduate Programme, you'll need to submit the following:

Up-to-date CV: Highlight your academic achievements, relevant work experience (if any), extracurricular activities, and any other accomplishments that demonstrate your skills and commitment.

Academic Transcripts: Provide your academic records to showcase your educational background and performance.
