- Increase tours at our landfills to help the community understand where their waste goes.
- Support education programmes around waste minimisation with New Zealand kids.
- Use social media to engage with wider New Zealand community beyond our customers.

- 1,978 Kiki Kiwi books distributed to all primary/ intermediate schools and all national kindergartens.
- The Replay Project in Taranaki, utilising WM wheelie bins, has collected 400 used sports gear pieces for redistribution to families.
- 11,760 social media followers for this aspirational goal.
