Over the weekend, Waste Management was named the winner of the Industry Innovation Award at the Road Transport Forum Conference.
This award recognises outstanding innovation throughout the commercial road and freight industry in New Zealand and it is a substantial achievement for Waste Management.
Managing Director, Tom Nickels spoke at the conference about Waste Management’s move to EVs as part of our Sustainability Commitment and accepted the award on behalf of the team.
Tom received great feedback from conference attendees on the fantastic work Waste Management is doing in the electric vehicle and environmental services space.
Winning the Industry Innovation Award is more recognition of Waste Management’s position as the industry leader and recognises all of the hard work put in by the wider Waste Management team.
