Customer Risk Assessment

  • What is the customer site risk assessment?

This is a quick safety assessment to make sure our drivers complete your collections safely. There are 5 simple questions to answer, and you can also provide extra information to help your collections go smoothly – such as site-specific information or padlock combinations.

  • Why do you have a customer site risk assessment?

So we can safely service your site. The questions help us to identify more complex sites where additional safety measures might be required.

  • What if I need help completing the form?

  • My link doesn't work, what do I do?

Contact your Sales Specialist. They can resend you the link, or help you complete the form over the phone.

  • What do the safety criteria mean?

The criteria help us identify sites that may be complex for our drivers to safely service. If needed, we can then complete a more detailed assessment to ensure the right services and safety measures are in place.

  • What happens if my site doesn’t meet your health and safety criteria?

We’ll work with you to find a solution for your site. This might mean we introduce extra safety measures, suggest a different bin location, or propose different services.

  • What happens if I answer No to the Hazard Declaration questions?

Don’t worry if you can’t answer yes to all the questions. Your Sales Specialist will be in touch to find a solution. This might mean we introduce extra safety measures, suggest a different bin location, or propose different services.

  • What if there are other hazards important to my site?

Add this information in the driver safety notes section at the bottom of the form.

  • What happens after I complete the customer risk assessment?

Your Sales Specialist will review the form and ensure key information is stored in our system. This means all our drivers will be aware of need-to-know information when they service your site.
