  • How long does it take to get a replacement bin?

    A replacement bin will be booked for the next available delivery date.

  • There is a random bin outside my property. It does not belong to me or my neighbours. How do I get the bin removed?

    Please send us a message or contact our Customer Services team on 0800 10 10 10. If possible, please mention the bin size, lid colour, location of the bin, serial number on the side of the bin, and if the bin is full or empty. The removal of the bin will be arranged for the next available date.
